As Vice President of Operations, Kelly ensures that H.A. King’s production operates as effectively and efficiently as possible. She has significant/substantial influence and responsibility for planning, implementing, and directing all manufacturing activities, including direct supervision of industrial production. She directs the operations of the company while supporting the bottom line with special focus on quality and continual improvement. Essential functions in support of H.A. King. include the following: • Ensuring proper management of physical assets • Planning, maintenance, and operation of the physical plant • Compliance with governmental, environmental, and health and safety regulations • Sales & Marketing • Maintaining relationships with the customers • Assuring a safe and supportive work environment by maintaining open lines of communication with employees • Oversight of day-to-day operational decisions and activities • Supervising and evaluating employee work performance by setting individual employee goals, establishing standards of performance, and reviewing and approving personnel actions (promotions, demotions, disciplinary actions, and involuntary terminations)
