My leadership style is empowering teams, driving growth, and fostering a culture of excellence in a competitive market. & With extensive leadership experience at CLM Mortgage, I’ve excelled in growing teams, driving revenue, and building partnerships to achieve sustained success in the homebuilding and mortgage sectors. Hired and trained top-performing teams, driving significant growth and operational efficiency in sales and mortgage origination. Funded over $500MM in loans while leading sales teams, demonstrating exceptional performance in mortgage origination and contributing to overall company growth. Led strategic initiatives and established strong partnerships with builder divisions, enhancing collaboration and increasing sales outcomes. I’m also deeply committed to giving back. I've volunteered with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society since 2010 and served on their Board from 2020 to 2023.
