About Kelly Danforth

I began my career with Humana on the Small Business Quoting team in July of 2012. During my time on the Quoting team I became a Subject Matter Expert and assisted with training new associates that joined the team. In March of 2015, I moved to Madison and joined the SWAT team out of the National Sales Office. I was on the SWAT team for about 5 months before moving into a Specialty Inside Sales Executive role in the Boston market. This role was eliminated after 3 months and I moved into my current Medical Retention Executive role in the Memphis, TN market. During my time as an RE, I have built strong relationships with both my internal team and external broker partners. I am a trusted resource for my team to come to with questions and I am often asked to assist with training new REs that join the team. I completed a Digital Marketing Certificate from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in May 2023. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching sports and traveling.
