I started my professional journey in the digital print industry, supporting and facilitating the transition of a customer relations team into the digital market. For the last 10 years I’m proud to have been part of a team recruiting highly trained care staff for various nationwide healthcare providers, currently head of recruitment. When I’m not challenging myself and others to be the best they can be, I love to travel and there is no adventure too big. I’m a keen charity fundraiser, having jumped out of a plane from ft several times, I love to push myself out of my comfort zone. I’m motivated by the success of others through effective management, coaching and mentoring whilst exceeding the expectations of the business both in quality and performance.
