I’m a dynamic finance professional with over 16 years’ experience in financial management and investment operations. My expertise in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and compliance, combined with my strong leadership skills, has enabled me to optimise operational efficiency, drive financial performance and deliver projects aligned with business strategy. Key achievements to date include restructuring Funds SA’s approach to currency hedging, successfully transitioning over $8bn of hedging contracts implementing an integrated accounting platform and delivering a $37bn custodian transition. Experienced in leading high performing teams, I have an empathetic leadership style with a focus on supporting team members to learn, grow and thrive in fast paced, challenging environments.
