I have over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and consumer health industry, with a focus on marketing, brand management, and commercial strategy. From 2010 to 2014, I worked at Sanofi in Kyiv, Ukraine, as a Trade Marketing Executive, responsible for driving brand promotion and channel management. Through my efforts in this role, I successfully increased the brand’s market share and strengthened customer relationships. From 2014to 2020, I was promoted to Vendor Director, where I managed supplier relationships, optimized supply chain management, and drove sales and profit growth. During this time, I led my team in developing and executing several successful marketing and commercial strategies that contributed to the business’s continued growth. In 2021, I joined Galderma as Associate Director of Aesthetics Commercial Strategy and Execution. In this role, I leveraged my background and experience to help the company develop and implement innovative commercial strategies, driving product promotion and market expansion in the skincare sector.
