Hello! My name is Kelly Lem (She/Her) and I am a third year Environmental Studies student at Northeastern University's College of Science concentrating in Law, Governance, and Management. I am pursuing an MS in Environmental Science and Policy and have completed a minor in Sociology! I am incredibly interested in the interdisciplinary nature of environmental justice, environmental law, and environmental policy; as well as research in marine biology conservation and industrial scale decarbonization. Besides research and remediation to combat climate change and human-produced ecological hazards, I also wish to tackle deeply-rooted, institutional forces which drive the externalization of environmental injustices.
