I am a highly motivated soon to be college graduate in the field of Human Resources who can bring a dedicated, reliable drive for success attitude to any position. I am in search of a company focused on innovation and growth. I have been fortunate to have amazing learning experiences over the course of my career. Specifically, I have witnessed detailed strategies and experiments to increase work performance and lean strategy. In this experience, I had the chance to develop skills taught directly from project managers. I was also able to collaborate with other research teams and projects while utilizing my own technical skills to cohesively create solutions, optimizing the efforts of all people involved. This has not only allowed me to develop an ability to quickly grasp new techniques and concepts, but it lead to a high level of interpersonal proficiency. I enjoy and find it exciting to absorb new methods and concepts that help push me to broaden my repertoire of skills. Working in customer service at Precision Planting for over 5 years, I have served a high volume of customers while offering superb service by consulting them, determining the most efficient way to assist, and suggesting any additional services that could be effective. I have discovered that getting to know customers on a personal level and exhibiting concern for their every need are crucial steps in exceeding service expectations. I was also able to continuously work in a cohesive team environment. This type of atmosphere has allowed me to flourish as a true leader and a role-model for other employees. I aspire to continue to learn as much as possible to master my interpersonal expertise. I am confident that the skills I have developed from previous employers and experiences makes me a valuable candidate for any position.
