Committed to transforming the role of human resources, I make it my mission to partner with business leadership to drive growth and efficiency. My greatest success has been in designing and implementing process improvements, recruiting and developing elite talent, and creating outstanding cultures rooted in respect, fairness, and transparency. I attribute my success to my ability to connect with people, lead with a high degree of emotional intelligence, and build long-term relationships. Some additional highlights of my career include the following: • Designing and launching a highly innovative employee readiness program serving women in career transition, successfully propelling a 96% employment rate for clients. • Analyzing skill sets and repurposing staff to maintain valuable employees during downsizing, significantly driving the organizational and financial restructuring of a major company. • Improving employee satisfaction by implementing a new benefits package that included 401k, medical, dental, life, short-term and long-term disability, and health and wellness programs.
