I recently moved from Denver, Colorado to Chicago, Illinois. I am excited to start a new chapter in my life and advance my career. My Operations experience in the Cannabis Industry and dedication to maintaining compliance makes me a valuable asset to any growing company in the Chicago area. I am also open to positions in other industries. Any role that involves Inventory Management, Logistics, and/or Compliance is of great interest to me as I have extensive experience building Fulfillment and Inventory departments and processes from the ground up. My tenure in the Wellness and Cannabis Industries is an asset to any role that I pursue. I am highly motivated, versatile, and personable. I am proficient in numerous ERP’s and a quick study with programs that are new to me. Analytical is one way to describe my performance as an administrator but it does not quite cover it. I take “attention to detail” to a higher level. I worked for AO Extracts, a small startup company in cannabis concentrate production, for a year and a half. I value my experience working closely a team where my input lead to unprecedented growth. Thanks to my expertise and ability to collaborate closely with my team members, we more than doubled our sales since I started in 2023. Throughout 2024, we continually achieved new sales records each month. This would not have been possible if I hadn’t redesigned our Inventory and Fulfillment processes. I was able to quickly adjust to new developments and regulations in the Cannabis Industry to ensure our continued success and compliance. Prior to working at AO Extracts, I worked in Fulfillment at Slang Worldwide for several years. I maintained 99% accuracy fulfilling orders while building a new team and establishing a new Distribution Facility. My efforts were commended several times by the VP of Slang in the company newsletter.
