About Kelly Rowell

My career has followed a curious, creative path across multiple industries—including industrial design, healthcare, social innovation, and new ventures. Along the way, I’ve become a builder of products, teams, and systems that drive growth—and a leader known for bringing clarity, energy, and structure to complex challenges. As CEO of CED, I led the transformation of a 40-year-old organization into a modern, data-informed, customer-centered, mission-driven business. I launched 16+ products, scaled revenue from under $1M to over $4.8M, secured investment capital to fuel growth, and implemented EOS to align a growing team around shared strategy. This work resulted in the creation of three distinct customer communities, a digital marketplace and learning platform (Kajabi), and a real-time data tool (Dealroom) to track customer impact and regional growth. Prior to that, I built CED’s first customer success function and led GTM and marketing efforts as VP of Customer Experience. Earlier in my career, I worked inside large health systems and advised mission-driven organizations through integration, CX redesign, and operational improvement. Across every role, I center the customer experience—and use systems thinking, storytelling, and thoughtful design to deliver outcomes that last.
