After 15 years in the finance industry, I made the intentional decision to pursue my passion for mental health and healing. I recently earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) and acquired my LMSW license to incorporate a career in counseling.I’m currently a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and finance professional with a unique blend of analytical expertise and human-centered care. My career began in the finance industry, where I developed strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay grounded under pressure. Today, I integrate those strengths into my work as a therapist, specializing in trauma-informed care, resilience building, and supporting clients through life’s challenges.In my clinical role, I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and emotional challenges, providing a safe, compassionate space for growth and healing. My approach draws on empathy, active listening, and evidence-based strategies, while my finance background enhances my organizational skills, strategic thinking, and ability to help clients manage both emotional and practical aspects of life.Balancing two professional worlds has given me a unique perspective: the capacity to approach human well-being from both a practical and deeply personal lens. Whether in the therapy room or the finance office, my focus is on empowering people to make informed, confident decisions—about their future, their goals, and their sense of self.I’m always open to connecting with professionals in mental health, finance, or interdisciplinary spaces where empathy meets strategy.
