I am seeking a position with a company that values their employees, is family focused, and has an excellent work/life balance. I happily offer over 20 years of Customer Service experience in a variety of industries, from medical reception to sales to scheduling, etc. I am reliable, organized, and meticulous in my attention to detail. I am seeking a position where the above can be not only recognized but also appreciated. My skills have most often found me in reception/office positions in medical facilities. However, I have also translated my skills into roles in sales (automotive accessories), scheduling (medical, auto servicing), order fulfillment (edible goods), conflict resolution (insurance), general office work (literary magazine), and real estate. My most recent position finds me verifying insurance and filling in at Reception for a well respected local pediatric office. The common thread here is Customer Service. I am adaptable, but I will always have your company and your company's clients' needs at the forefront. I would be most interested in working full time (or part time 30+hrs/week) in a remote or hybrid position. It is extremely important that the position I take is flexible as I am a single mom, thus the need for work/life balance. I am happy to provide references upon request.
