Grabbing a warm cup of coffee is the start of many remarkable things. Slowly sipping on your first cup at home, running out the door with a to-go cup, stopping at Starbucks in between the morning grind, whatever the circumstances of the day, this is the fuel that keeps the wheels turning. In my career I thrive in moments where I move the team forward in excellence. Fueling the team as the coffee fuels our motivation to get moving each morning. The support and collaboration I offer those I work with comes from a motivation to be the best. I focus on every detail and use resources to function as an independent worker molding the team towards success. In college business courses I was imprinted with the importance of having ethics that differentiate my style of work. Every position I have held I quickly gain responsibility based on the honorable work I provide. Through this responsibility I have developed more efficient processes and managed fast paced projects; some of which may require more caffeine than others.
