About Kelly Taylor

I am a results-driven leader with over 15 years of experience in the elite commercial art and cultural sector before transitioning to the third sector, where I have spent the past 7+ years driving meaningful social impact. With a unique blend of strategic planning, operational leadership, and programme management expertise, I have successfully navigated public, private, and charitable sectors—bridging creative innovation with transformative social change. My experience enables me to design and implement strategies that foster collaboration, sustainability, and lasting community impact. I lead teams through significant transformations and strategic initiatives, championing equity and inclusivity. With a proven track record in driving organisational success, I specialise in leading complex change processes, optimising operations, and delivering community-driven programmes. My passion for creating positive change is underpinned by a commitment to making organisations more responsive, inclusive, and impactful. Whether overseeing multi-million-pound budgets, spearheading digital transformation, or co-producing services with stakeholders, I take a hands-on, data-driven approach to achieving excellence. I am particularly passionate about leveraging cross-sector collaboration to design solutions that empower vulnerable and diverse communities.
