Customers strive to accelerate innovation, deliver exceptional experiences to their employees and stakeholders, and better protect their brand to maintain trust. According to Gartner, 87% percent of business leaders say digitalization is a company priority, yet only 40% of organizations have brought digital initiatives to scale. Without a shared vision across the organization, digital transformation efforts will continue to stall.
