I’m a lifelong learner with a deep passion for people, problem-solving, and continuous growth. I thrive in dynamic environments and bring adaptability, optimism, and a relationship-first mindset to everything I do.At the core of my work in Human Resources is a commitment to building trust. I aim to ensure my business partners feel confident in my guidance and supported throughout every stage of the employee experience. My expertise spans Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Job Evaluation, and navigating HR legislation across Canada.I’m also passionate about communication and personal development. I’m currently building my confidence in public speaking by presenting at various events across the KW region. an exciting challenge that’s helping me grow in new ways.Outside of work, I’m happiest surrounded by family and nature. Whether it’s swimming, camping, hiking, or biking, I love exploring Ontario’s Provincial Parks (ask me for recommendations!). I also co-chair Equitable’s Wellness Committee, where I advocate for health and well-being across the organization. And when it’s time to unwind, you’ll find me curled up with a psychological thriller or murder mystery (bonus points if there’s a twist I didn’t see coming).Let’s connect!
