About Kelly Yao

As a vendor manager at RWS Group, one of the world's leading localization providers, I am passionate about delivering high-quality AI training tasks and conveying optimistic ideas to a global audience. I have worked in this role since July 2022, after gaining 2.5 years of experience as a vendor manager at Pactera, a brilliant local Chinese IT company. In my current role, I handle communication, recruitment, and management of vendors, ensuring that they meet the standards and expectations of our clients and projects. I also source and negotiate with new vendors, expanding our pool of talent and expertise. I enjoy working with a diverse and efficient team, overcoming the challenges of remote work and the pandemic situation. I am always eager to learn new skills, share best practices, and collaborate with more partners in the localization industry. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of RWS Group and our clients, while also advancing my own career and development.
