About Kelsea Oconnor

Not entirely sure how we got here, but there’s definitely a trail of Google Docs, airport coffees, and big ideas behind it.Now my work spans KO Marketing and VAULTED - from fixing messy marketing systems to rethinking how designer fashion should work in the real world.KO was born from watching brands sprint on the spot while their back end was on fire. We build the engine for sustainable growth through: Strategy that stops random acts of marketing. Remote marketing teams for brands needing execution without the overhead. Retention systems that plug revenue leaks and turn one-time buyers into loyal customers.VAULTED is in development after realising my wardrobe was a financial graveyard. We’re building NZ’s first community-powered designer wardrobe - think Airbnb for fashion - where: You can lend the pieces you love but rarely wear. Others can borrow designer outfits without the buy-and-regret price tag. Together, we give fashion a second life and tackle NZ’s growing textile waste crisis.Lend. Borrow. Earn. Repeat. Fashion with an ROI - and finally, girl math that actually makes sense.Want to talk strategy, retention, or the future of fashion tech? I’m always up for big ideas and great conversations — let’s connect.
