As a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a deep passion for helping individuals and families navigate behavioral challenges, I have honed my expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2019. My career is driven by the desire to create meaningful, sustainable changes in the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including schools, clinics, and in-home environments, where I design and implement individualized behavior intervention programs tailored to each client’s needs. I focus on fostering functional communication, social skills, and independence while providing compassionate support to families and caregivers. I utilize evidence-based ABA techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging ones, all while tracking progress through data-driven decision-making. My commitment to ongoing professional development ensures that I stay at the forefront of ABA advancements to provide the best possible outcomes for my clients. In addition to my clinical expertise, I am passionate about training and mentoring aspiring behavior analysts and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve treatment efficacy.
