About Kelsey Bruchal

I am very passionate about fitness and wanting to help others achieve their fitness goals whether it be with athletes or non-athletes. I am a ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and currently pursuing my degree in Exercise Science at the University of West Florida. I am also working towards becoming a strength and conditioning coach. Sports have always been a big part of my life growing up and I have even battled through two ACL construction surgeries. However, going through those hardships allowed me to become a stronger person and developed a much greater understanding of exercise and how important it is for athletes to get the proper training they need to be successful in their sports. I hope one day to be able to work with athletes and help them become a stronger version of themselves whether it be through their love of the game or their own lives. As well as helping to prevent injuries.
