About Kelsey Collison

I am a motivated and strategic professional with a strong background in business operations and technology. With experience in data analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement, I thrive at the intersection of people and systems turning workflows into streamlined solutions.I bridge the gap between business and IT, driving efficiency, improving data integrity, and creating actionable insights through tools like SAP, Salesforce, SQL, and Excel. My work has led to measurable process improvements, stronger collaboration across departments, and more informed decision-making at the leadership level.I have also supported HR initiatives, employee engagement programs, and operational strategies that strengthened both people and processes. My early experience managing program operations taught me how to lead teams, enhance client satisfaction, and deliver consistent results under dynamic conditions.
