I’m an operations-minded professional with a background in education, bringing a strong foundation in coordination, systems thinking, and data-informed decision-making. In fast-paced, high-stakes environments, I’ve developed a reputation for staying organized, closing loops, and adapting quickly to meet evolving needs. In my current role, I support international military trainees by delivering targeted instruction while tracking performance data to refine learning strategies and improve outcomes. This work has strengthened my ability to manage complex workflows, identify patterns, and create structured, repeatable processes that drive efficiency and results.Across my experience, I’ve led program coordination, supported large-scale events, collaborated across teams, and developed resources that improve clarity and consistency. I enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure operations run smoothly, whether that’s managing logistics, improving processes, or supporting others through responsive, reliable execution.I do my best work in roles where I can contribute to mission-driven work, bring order to complexity, and continuously improve how systems and teams operateOutside of work, I’m an avid traveler and have explored 20+ countries. I’m energized by new environments, different perspectives, and the opportunity to learn through experience, a mindset that I bring into my work every day.
