About Kelsey Duff

I’m adaptable professional with a unique journey from fitting car seats in retail to managing lab operations in pharmaceuticals. My career started at Mothercare and Halfords, where I built strong people skills and learned the value of great teamwork and leadership. I later found my passion in the lab environment at GSK, starting with small support tasks that helped scientists focus on their research. Over time, I have become a Lab Management Specialist, now overseeing everything from calibration and HPLC to health & safety and systems optimization. I’ve even had the chance to support teams abroad and lead critical projects. I’m driven by continuous improvement and enjoy creating smoother, safer lab spaces that let scientists do what they do best, innovate.
