On the mat & in the gym I seek to empower my students to make fitness an integral part of their lifestyle by helping them listen to their bodies, move with integrity, and move in ways that are enjoyable! When I'm not working, you can find me tap dancing, petting my cat, or trying out a new ice-cream flavor Khmovementlab.com
