About Kelsey Pruss

With over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, I am passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve their optimal well-being and performance. I have a master's degree in nutrition and health sciences, and I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I have worked with various clients, from students and employees to patients and professionals, to provide them with customized and evidence-based wellness solutions.As a Wellness Services Consultant, I have led the development and delivery of wellness programs and services for employers, community groups, and individuals across the state. I partner with local and national organizations to create and implement innovative wellness initiatives, such as health screenings, wellness challenges, webinars, and coaching. I have managed teams of wellness professionals and overseen the budget, marketing, and evaluation of wellness departments. I leverage my skills in partnership development, communication, and presentations to increase the awareness, engagement, and impact of wellness programs.
