About Kelsey Singbeil

It's all about listening to people, understanding their challenges and designing solutions with them, not for them. I help organizations, governments and businesses understand what their stakeholders, citizens and users need - and then help them design thoughtful services, communications and technology solutions based on user-research and feedback. I have more than 15 years of communications, stakeholder engagement and design experience working in academic, non-profit and business environments. From prototype testing to public participation strategies and communications plans, I can help organizations work with their audience to achieve their goals. My communications and public consultation experience help me translate design problems into plain language, while also keeping an eye on the broader communications and issues management landscape. I hold a B.A. in Communication with a specialization in Community Development from Simon Fraser University. I completed a Certificate in Dialogue and Civic Engagement at Simon Fraser University, as well as a Certificate with the International Association for Public Participation. Most weekends I'm in the garden or at the beach.
