About Kelsey Stephens

As a manager in a demanding field, I have expanded my skills and abilities in many areas. I manage a staff of 60+ and consistently motivate, coach, and train. This has lead to increased sales, decreased turn over and more money to the bottom line. P&L review, budgeting, inventory management, ordering small wares, liquor, beer, and wine are all a part of my responsibilities. While it is a challenging job, restaurant management has offered me the opportunity to effectively manage people as well become proficient at understanding business essentials. Computer skills include all Microsoft Office functions, Aloha, Apple, Guest Manager, and Micros. I have an innate ability to learn computer programs and applications quickly. My current goal is to begin a new career with a distributor of adult beverages or a vendor for restaurant goods. Due to my background in the industry, I have vast and varied experience to offer and would make an excellent addition to any team.
