About Kelsey Woolsey

With 19 years at Ferguson, I’ve grown from a trainee into a Market Operations Manager, gaining hands-on experience across nearly every area of the business. My career has spanned counter and inside sales, branch management, sales leadership, and now market operations, each step strengthening my ability to lead people, streamline processes, and drive results. For several years, I led residential teams as a Sales Team Manager and later a Sales Center Manager, focusing on coaching, development, and performance growth. During that time, I guided teams to exceed sales and phone KPIs, implemented two new phone systems, and supported the rollout of Genesys and CRM tools to improve efficiency and customer engagement. Earlier in my career, I managed both small and large branches, building a strong foundation in operations, customer experience, and team leadership. Today, as Market Operations Manager for Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho, I partner with branches and sales teams to strengthen operational excellence, enhance accountability, and deliver a seamless experience for our customers. Beyond my core role, I’m deeply involved in Ferguson’s EmpowHER Business Resource Group, serving the past two years as a Project Chair and in 2026 as the Events Chair. In this capacity, I help lead initiatives that empower women, foster connection, and advance equity across the business. From developing campaigns to launching wellness programs, I’m proud to help shape an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive. I’m passionate about building strong teams, simplifying complex processes, and creating meaningful change, both in business operations and in the people who make them succeed.
