About Kelsi Bledsoe

My mission is Accelerating Meaningful Employment for Everyone. This mission resonates to my passion with recruiting. I believe Recruiting is all about connecting Employees and Employers in a relationship that is not only mutually beneficial but also an excellent fit. When I was hiring for a light industrial role, I was amazed to witness how many hard-working amazing candidates fail to gain employment due to lack of information or, even worse, inaccessibility to it. My goal is to be the voice of these people and help them find their worth. Because, when it comes to people, a job is not just a job, it can be a gateway to the new start of life! When I am not working, and its sunny outside, you can find me hiking, playing soccer with my kids, or just soaking up some sun and fresh air outside!
