Hi there. I’m Kelsi and I’m ready to connect with you. I have been in the workforce since I was 15 years old; starting at my hometown McDonald’s. I worked there my 4 years of high school and into college. 2012 - I got my first “big girl job” at PNC bank with a unique role, called a Switcher, meaning I could do it all. I was the second behind the Teller Supervisor and could be the backup desk manager and loan officer. I was able to handle cash up to $200k, open a variety of accounts, operated the ATM and was in charge of creating process documents for 3 branches. I held a NMLS number as well as a notary. 2014 - I started working at Bluegrass Cellular as an Agent Administrator with the Indirect or agent locations. Agent locations are privately owned businesses that sell the companies products and services and operate as a company owned location would. It was very rewarding to work with small business owners, assisting them in growing and developing their businesses and their employees by training out processes, policies and behaviors. 2020 - I opened a small business of my own, working out of my home office. I built Nerdy Girl Customs and provide custom creations to my customers such as shirts, tumblers, signs and much more. I have taught myself to use Cricut design space software and Procreate for iPad to create my designs. I am excited to see where this leads me in the future. 2021- I started working at Venminder Inc. as a Customer Success Manager working with clients across the nation with their Third Party Risk Management. Each day is a new adventure building relationships with various clients and deep diving into risk, polices and industry news. I absolutely love being able to work with my team and my client teams within their organizations. Through any of the jobs I have been involved in, I pride myself in the work I do each day. My passion is to help others around me succeed and feel confident in their day to day tasks. I like to make things as simplistic as possible so that work can be done with ease and more can be achieved. Communication and encouragement is my super-power that I get to show off each day in my previous roles as well as my current one.
