Henry Dannell Capital Advisory (Dubai) – delivering global commercial and structured finance for sophisticated borrowers and private capital partners. QDEX AI – leveraging frontier technology to bring clarity, control, and velocity to the mortgage market. I bring a challenger mindset to every venture, focusing deep industry insight with a bias for action, and a belief in the compounding power of talent, trust, and technology. My leadership style is shaped by 12 years in semi-pro football management and the highlight of this being 4.5 years managing in the Ryman League. I held a UEFA B Licence and approach business like elite sport: results-driven, team-first, and relentlessly focused on execution.
