I'm not your typical Project Coordinator - I'm a proven leader who fuels business growth through R&D and the magic of collaboration. I've proudly supported over startups and SMEs from wonderfully diverse backgrounds, many of which have gained investment, experienced significant business growth, or been featured in articles. Now, let's talk about my passion – Respect, Fairness, Embracing Diversity, Social Justice and so much more! As a DEI (Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion) Lead/Co-Chair, I'm all about making waves and impact that brings positive changes. Education shapes our world, and I've dived headfirst into reducing racial inequalities and championing social justice. During my 16 years as a Banking Advisor in the financial sector, I've had the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies. Over the past 5 years, I've been involved in innovation, facilitating partnerships between businesses in sectors such as Food Tech, Health Tech, Clean Tech, Creative industries, and Immersive Technologies (AR/VR) through the support of funded projects. And guess what? You don't need to be a 'techy' to ride the tech wave. I'm all in for girls and women in STEM. As a guest panel speaker, I've cheered on the stars of tomorrow in Higher Education. Now, I'm rolling up my sleeves to walk the talk. My passion for Diversity is driving me to conquer the Tech Sector with my killer transferable skills.
