For my sellers, I will get their house sold in the shortest time, for the highest amount, with the least headaches. Full time REALTOR® and Certified Negotiation Expert®. My sole focus is helping his clients achieve their real estate goals and dreams with as little stress as possible. I am a father of 3, and have lived in Montgomery County for 40+ years and graduated from the University of Maryland (where I met my wife). This has given me an extensive knowledge of the Maryland, DC & Northern Virginia areas. I always tell my clients that there are three events in life that are exciting and yet anxiety-provoking at the same time: Getting married, the birth of a child, and buying or selling a home. With that in mind, I have found the best way to help my clients is not to treat this as a "purchase" or a "sale", but rather as a significant life event.
