About Ken Andrew

Ken Andrew has been invited to be a guest speaker at the Lean Enterprise Academy summit in UK. see and spoke on Lean Transformations at Lean Iceland conference in Reykjavik. He has also been invited to speak at events for organisations such as the Law Society of Scotland and Sainsbury PLC. Ken is a Senior Consultant with Henkan Continuous Improvement Consultancy, having work with the team there on bench marking excellence since 2001. Until recently he held the post of Global Product Director in Global Knowledge and is the former Head of Lean Principles, Systems and Sustainability in RBS Group Lean, having previously held the post of Head of Lean Academy in the same organisation. An engineer by profession, he spent 20 years working in a world class Japanese semiconductor business in Manufacturing Engineering and latterly as Head of Information Systems, rigorously aligning resources to deliver excellent products to customer demand. He has consulted with a number of blue chip organisations and built ground up lean businesses for himself and clients. His 30 year lean journey, working in and creating world class enterprises has given him a unique perspective of what works and what doesn’t work in business transformations.
