I am a qualified executive and business coach with many years of experience of helping people to achieve success. Executives face many challenges today not least of all when they take on new roles and responsibilities. They have few people to turn to who are independent and have no agenda of their own. Coaching can be of great value in these circumstances as with other challenges. Entrepreneurs and small business owners don't only have the concerns of running their business but also the constant concern of striking the right work/life balance. Coaching helps here as it does when the entrepreneur sets up a new business, decides to grow the business and also in exiting the operations. I have considerable experience in managing change, marketing across many countries, providing support to small and medium-sized businesses both as Director and Chairman of boards in a number of industries including financial services, IT, NHS. Also, have set up and run various small businesses here and in Far East. Finally have had 3 books published and can help Executives write reports for the board and small business owners in writing plans for funders, bank and those who might be a buyer of the company.
