Ken is a people person; an enthusiastic and confident communicator and an experienced public speaker, His versatility and flexibility in approach is his strength. He has proven to be an excellent networker - He works alongside clients to build confidence and rapport and uses these to explore and identify revenue opportunities for the company. Ken has been central in delivering ITIL ITSM roll-out within FEXCO. This includes Incident Management, Problem Management & Change Management. Service design has become a lynchpin in Ken's philosophy. Having the customer at the centre of processes and services alongside the six sigma and lean methodologies has proved successful with his clients. Ken's life experiences as a developer of people, public speaker, former County Councillor, and Town Mayor as well as running his own businesses and working for large retailers have afforded him the opportunity to offer sound and useful reflections on life and techniques to assist with the stresses and strains of modern management. Ken provides Change Management solutions based on his own weight loss journey, He has lost 110kg (220 lbs) and now provides supports to others through their personal weight loss journeys As an actor, Ken has appeared in several productions and has now expanded to include directing and playwriting. A former rugby player, now a keen cyclist, and occasional 5k runner, you will find Ken on the roads and hills of County Kerry in South Western Ireland
