About Ken Chiu

Hi everyone! My name is Ken. I'll like to start by just saying that I don't have an educational degree, substantial achievements or awards, and recommendations by renowned companies. I simply follow my passion for pursuing adventure and a life of challenges. When I graduated from high school at the age of 17, I knew what I wanted to do. I immediately borrowed a small loan from my father, and that following summer, I started my fast-food joint in my local town in the country of Belize. Selling delicious Taiwanese delicacies made my joint somewhat unique in my area haha. Within a year of operation, a good friend of mine decided to buy the establishment, paving the way for my next venture. Long story short. I had much success after a few years since my first venture, until. One of my ventures leads me back to my birthplace, Taiwan. Because of my Taiwanese nationality, I had to serve a mandatory military service for a maximum of 2 years. Having a low income as a mandatory service member in the military, and a family member diagnosed with lupus. All my savings from my previous endeavors went to support my younger sister. Even that wasn't enough. After serving over a year with the army rangers, my service expired. With all my savings drained and the lost connections with my previous clients, I had to start new from rock bottom. With regular jobs in-between these years, trying to make it back up wasn't easy, and life itself hasn't been kind. However, that's just what reality is, full of hardship and challenges. Even after years of feeling stranded, I got to say. I love how challenging it is!
