Over 25 years of experience managing transitions to new technology focused on judicial systems. This focus provides opportunity for developing strong, long-term customer relationships by building trust and support for the customer’s goals. This is achieved through the use of a variety of skills including understanding of current business processes, technical, operational and process training, skilled technical awareness, problem solving and support. Customer success is supported by developing appropriate needs assessments, presentations on existing product capabilities, establishing business processes that support the organization's goals and the court system, acting as cross-department liaison for the organization and providing customized training sessions and materials for the organization, relevant partners, internal training programs and the associated legal profession. As customer needs are always dynamic and evolving, my broad experience with multiple types of organizations supports successful management of customer projects dependent on strong relationships with internal company resources plus the ability to adapt quickly and decisively to changes or issues.
