I'm a versatile account/program manager with strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to shift quickly between strategy and execution, and the ability to prioritize and act effectively under pressure. I always try to maintain perspective, humility, and an appreciation for others' strengths. With a strong commitment to growth and learning, I am constantly improving my technical, business, and interpersonal skills. I have 30 years of work experience, including 15 in business development and diverse previous experiences in R&D, marcom, nonprofit program evaluation and fiscal/compliance auditing, and adult education. From 2007 to the present, I've played key presales and proposal management roles that earned $154 million in revenue-$116 million from automotive OEMs and tier 1s for work in call center services, telematics, in-vehicle infotainment software, and mapping and vehicle localization for automated driving; and $38 million in two years as a grant writer/manager for federal grants at the City of Chicago. I'm passionate about understanding and communicating key processes and benefits so that colleagues can do their best work and customers see their needs met. I have extensive experience managing collaborations among people from different cultures, from different organizations, at different levels of an organization, and with different skills and perspectives. I've also consistently produced high-quality results on time and within budget, both as an individual contributor and when coordinating geographically distributed, culturally diverse teams.
