I have appraised over 2,500 properties over the past 25 years, mainly convenience stores, but also car washes, petroleum storage facilities and fast-food restaurants throughout New England and New York. With a growing demand for advisory services, I have started C-Store Investments: a boutique consulting firm that provides advisory services to the New England convenience store industry I am widely recognized by oil companies, fuel distributors, banks, attorneys and real estate investors for my knowledge and understanding of the marketplace.
