About Ken David

I am the founder and managing partner of Atkins David LLC. Since 1993, I have concentrated my practice in workers’ compensation on behalf of employers, both big and small, and their insurance companies/third party administrators. Through my 27 years representing employers whose workers are injured on the job, I have developed a related practice of Workplace Crisis Management. I am the author of a workers’ compensation manual entitled Employer’s Guide to Workers’ Compensation Claims in Georgia. I also published a comprehensive step by step analysis of multiple scenarios for addressing Medicare issues in workers’ compensation including Medicare Set-Aside Allocations (MSAs) and conditional payments. I have led quarterly Roundtable discussions for the past 15 years and am now supplementing on-site training with on-line education including podcasts. I use my nearly three decades of experience to help clients look at challenges in different ways and to offer solutions that not only solve the current problem, but provide a means to avoid them from returning in the future. And I will not hesitate to go to Court if that is the best way for a successful resolution. I received my B.A. degree with Honors from Brown University in 1990. I earned my law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1993.
