About Ken Davies

In my 37 year career to date, i have undertaken and managed people undertaking all train operational activities, including signalling. In my management career from 1992, i have trained staff to undertake safety critical train operations and signalling system management. Additionally i have managed elements of a control room, to managing a full team of managers, managing a control room. Within my current role i manage all elements of the train operational business including safety certificate application, building of an SMS, and generation of the CMS for the role of depot drivers capable of main line operation. And investigation of any incident management required from the SMS over the last six years, i can diversify if required having recently done some project management on light rail.
