A motivated and conscientious individual contributor with extensive aviation experience, such as; Technical Project Management – Budget preparation & Control - Aircraft Delivery / Re-delivery – Aircraft Repossession (e.g. Thomas Cook & Monarch) – Asset Management – MR Claim Management – Aircraft Technical Specification Management – EOL Compensation Calculation and Negotiation – LOI and Lease Agreement Review – Sale & Lease Novation Review - OEM / MRO Negotiation (Airbus ISC Chairman activity) – Engineering Technical Services – Maintenance Planning & Check Scheduling – Line & Base Maintenance (EASA Part-66 approved). I hold a BEng Tech Degree in Aviation Technology (with distinction), a Higher Diploma in Aviation Management Studies (with distinction) from the IAA / Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT), and more recently, a Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance from the Law Society of Ireland. I am currently a member of the EASA Stakeholders Advisory Body (SAB) Plenary, representing the Aviation Working Group (AWG) on policy and regulation discussions. In addition, I’m also a member of the recently created EASA Joint Simplification Board (JSB). Prior to my aircraft leasing roles I was Chairman of the Airbus A330/A340 Industry Steering Committee (ISC), and former Deputy Chairman of the Airbus A350XWB Industry Steering Committee (ISC).
