About Ken Dolinar

I began my sales career in the commercial printing industry. Successful in establishing and maintaining accounts ranging from Fortune 500 companies, large advertising agencies, professional sports franchises and entertainment venues. Never given accounts, I was relied on to go and open new doors. I have always had a hunter mentality. Eventually moving into management and training of other sales representatives and customer service personnel. Professionalism and customer service are paramount in this industry. While this career was rewarding, I found myself wanting a new challenge. Having a family background in the construction industry, I am an avid handyman. After constructing our family vacation home, I realized this was something I could no longer keep as just a hobby. Merging my sales experience with my building background led me to a new career. What I found lacking in some areas of the construction industries was professionalism, especially in the sales and customer service areas. These are areas I thrive in, making this a rewarding career transition. I have a consultative and relationship building approach, both in sales and management. I believe in being a "value added" sales professional, never taking things for granted. I excel in leadership roles and team building, being able to get the most out of individuals by learning their strengths and individual motivations. Search to creatively solve a problem for a customer, look deeper and find a way to execute a project that brings out the best your company has to offer. This approach transcends industries.
