I’m a technically proficient security and life safety systems expert with 20 years of experience working on complex security management projects, and an additional 3 years managing other technical equipment. The projects I work on allow me to work with cutting edge technology to design and deploy systems in complex and challenging environments. My focus is exceeding expectations, while employing creative problem solving skills and technical expertise. I’m adept at working independently and in teams. Working with professionals of other disciplines allows me to broaden my perspective while serving as an expert in my field. I am able to maximize my contribution to projects through development of interpersonal relationships and clear communication. I enjoy sharing my knowledge, coaching and training others to maximize the value added to the customer. I enjoy interfacing with customers, and helping them to discover solutions to their challenges. Exceeding a customer’s expectations and providing them with innovative solutions gives me much satisfaction. I ensure the handover to the customer is a smooth one, and I frequently create and deliver to ensure a high level of customer comfort and satisfaction. I’m detail oriented, ensuring all aspects of a project are completed with high quality and ahead of schedule. I am frequently recognized for my excellent performance, and my ability to successfully manage large and complex systems. I effectively manage all aspects of a project, including planning, scheduling, cost management, working capital, installation, and commissioning.
