I am a commercial lines account manager at HUB International, a global insurance brokerage that provides comprehensive insurance solutions for property, casualty, risk management, and employee benefits. I have been in this role since February 2021, when HUB International acquired my previous employer, AVI Commercial Insurance, where I worked for over 10 years. I hold a property and casualty insurance license issued by the CA Department of Insurance. My core competencies include customer service management, commercial insurance, account management, hospitality sector expertise, and EPIC Applied software. I support and guide sales executives and clients throughout the insurance process, from application to policy issuance and verification. I also schedule and attend client meetings, and occasionally join sales executives on prospect visits. I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and value to my clients, who are mainly in the hospitality sector, such as bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. I have extensive knowledge of the E&S market as well as working with wholesalers that offer those products. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of HUB International by providing customized and cost-effective insurance solutions for hospitality clients.
