Experienced Project Superintendent/ General Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in Scheduling, Negotiation, Budgeting, Design Build, Value Engineering, Field Supervision, Delegation, Mentoring, Traffic Control plans, Civil, Industrial, and High-end Residential construction. I have been 'called in' many times; to troubleshoot and assume control over projects experiencing strategic and tactical difficulties. With a strong computer background, I develop websites, use Primavera 6.xx and Microsoft Project for scheduling purposes, am extremely comfortable with Microsoft Office, Windows, and Debian Linux. I have kept abreast of computer advances since purchasing my first computer decades ago; a Color Computer from Radio Shack. I continued experimenting in my own electronics workshop as a by-product of being a Vietnam Veteran and an Electronics Technician, Radar, in the US Navy. I constantly take online courses to keep abreast of the latest in motivational and managerial skills, project management innovations, Microsoft Office; as well as other personal interests.
