I am an insurance floor covering specialist. My job is to act as a liaison between Insured and Insurance company, to insure a fair settlement for both parties. I have a unique relationship with multiple carriers, and like to joke that "I speak insurance". Once an estimate is agreed on, by all parties, I have the resources to accomplish all necessary repairs with respect to floor covering to bring the property back to "pre-loss condition". I have been doing this type of work for over 10 years now, and really enjoy the variety. There is never a dull moment with insurance repairs! I also love the sense of accomplishment from helping someone through a rough time. Nobody plans on a flood or a fire, so if I can make the repair process go smoother, and get someone's property back to normal with little stress, I am grateful.
