About Ken Freire

Hi, my name is Kenneth but I go by Ken. I've been in the non-profit world since 2007. First working for a leadership development program and now on the leadership team at a University. I'm passionate about leading & developing young adults to see their God-given potential and purpose in life. This passion has led me to all kinds of great leadership and organizational opportunities. In order to train young adults, I had to learn how to effectively recruit, retain, and develop these up-and-coming leaders. Thus, I have gained a vast amount of skills in the following areas: Leadership Development Public Speaking Teaching Coaching & Counseling Marketing Sales Event Coordinating Team Development Organizational Development Strategic Planning & Execution Some may say that I'm a generalist, but I think all these skills are needed in order to lead at a higher level. Plus, I love learning. I'm an avid reader. So I'm looking forward to acquiring new skills on this journey called life. Hope we can partner on this journey together.
